Exupere offers BtoB investors, hotel asset owners and hotel operators comprehensive, first-rate services in hotel real estate investment opportunities and asset management in Western European markets, primarily in France, occasionally in Europe and selectively abroad.

We offer to find appropriate solutions for hotels and the underlying real estate.

THE FOUNDER-MANAGER

With more than 30 years of combined experience in Investments and Partnerships, Asset Management and Asset Disposals acting as Director, within listed European real estate companies (REIT, SIIC.), subsidiaries of major international shareholders (Nomura, Bankers Trust, GE, Deutsche Bank, Schroders...) or French shareholders (Compagnie de Suez, AXA, Crédit Agricole, Foncière des Régions Covivio Hotels...), all leading players in the commercial real estate and hospitality industry, Exupere's founder and CEO, who holds a degree in private law from the Université Panthéon Sorbonne in Paris and is a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), offers unique pan-European experience, diversified, pan-European experience in real estate and hotel investment, across all asset classes and risk segments, core/core+, value add and opportunistic, for institutional clients, sovereign wealth funds, multinational or single-hotel companies, international hotel brands, as well as smaller groups and private hotel investors.

More than 2.0 billion euros worth of transactions over the past 20 years (individual or portfolio transactions, over-the-counter or pan-European tenders, or North Africa).

Established at the end of 2019 in Paris, France, Exupere is a bespoke, international, multi-operator, totally independent investment consultancy . Exupere aims to serve a limited and select number of Investors, Owners or Operators, creating and maintaining long-term relationships with them, based on shared mutual trust.

Exupere is defined by its emphasis on customer satisfaction, integrity, creativity and adaptability, sound judgment, excellence in execution, independent advice, availability, discretion and the personal executive commitment of its founder and CEO.

BUSINESS NETWORK

Exupere draws on its experience, its in-depth knowledge of the BtoB market in the hotel real estate industry and its extensive cross-border business network to deliver solid performance at every stage of the investment or divestment process, and across all market cycles to gain efficiency in today's complex operating environment.

Exupere's founder has been involved in the acquisition, development, asset management and arbitration of assets in the office, logistics and shopping center sectors, as well as in the high-end hospitality industry, which has been his preferred focus since the 90s, individually or in portfolios, of several tens or hundreds of millions of euros over the course of his career, in France at Paris QCA and in the Regions, in Great Britain in London, in Spain in Madrid and Barcelona and more generally in Europe in Berlin, Amsterdam, Brussels, Milan...and more recently on the African continent.

Our profile as an "institutional investor" for almost 30 years, identical to that of our peers and decision-makers, enables us to operate with customers who share the same DNA, the same codes and trade secrets, the same need for discretion and confidentiality, necessary for effective discussions between buying and selling groups in the hotel industry.

Exupere prefers tailor-made, haute couture, one-off, over-the-counter and bespoke transactions to portfolio transactions.

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

Exupere also operates within the framework of tailor-made, ad hoc, unique, selective and win-win framework agreements, enabling it to pool and multiply transaction opportunities with its long-term historical contractual partners, in full transparency, without any conflict of interest, in a well-understood allocation policy perspective, selectively distributed according to sourcing and the relevance of the chances of success of a given opportunity or challenge.

We do not aim to cover all geographies and strategies. Our focus is on France and Western Europe, although we do occasionally work with selected export customers outside the Euro zone, on niche and off-market projects, or in their home countries in EMEAA and North Africa.

The company's philosophy is to offer its customers a customized and confidential service, with the attention of the executive director at all times.
